IKO 2019 will continue its focus on in-depth explorations of innovative knowledge organisation practices and applications in a case study format. The programme for the day will be as follows:

Digital Transformation and Innovation at Amazon: Methodology and Culture

Eric Tachibana, Amazon Web Services

Eric Tachibana is Professional Services Area Practice Manager APAC, China, and Japan for Amazon Web Services, focusing on digital transformation and innovation. He is a serial entrepreneur with four successful exits in Silicon Valley and Asia, an angel investor with six successful trade sales, a graduate level educator on entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, and an author on technology strategy and software development. Eric has also worked as COO for Bank of America Merrill Lynch and UBS, and won the IDG Top 10 Bankers of Asia Award in 2013. Eric is a well-known evangelist for Amazon's unique innovation and transformation culture.
